We recommend that instructors verify with their judokas that each grade entered by the club matches what appears on the licensee side. A discrepancy between the two views almost always indicates an entry omission or an incorrect date. Correcting this afterwards requires going through the departmental committee, which extends the timelines.
A club that wishes to reliably use the FFJDA extranet for judo must integrate grade entry into its administrative routine, just like renewing licenses at the start of the season.
Entering Kyu Belts on the FFJDA Extranet: Grade Module and Common Errors

When a licensee joins a new club, their grades automatically appear in the file viewed by the host club. The new instructor does not need to re-enter the belts already recorded. It is with dan grades that the extranet takes on its full administrative value. - Mention of the kata presented if the candidate is going through the technical path, with the date of validation by an authorized jury

Competition results are automatically uploaded from the federal system for official events. For grades higher than the first dan, the extranet also verifies the UVs (value units) obtained during specific training sessions.

The transition to the new extranet (accessible via moncompte.ffjudo.com) has changed the ergonomics of several modules, including the grades module. France Judo provides video tutorials for each module, accessible from a dedicated page hosted on Genially. These videos cover logging in, license entry, grade management, and consulting licensee files.
Logging into the new extranet is done with the email address provided on the license file. If the password is unknown, the reset procedure sends a link via email. We observe that most blockages at the beginning of the season come from an outdated email address on the file, which prevents any reset. Updating the contact details of club managers before the start of the season avoids this type of situation.
The old extranet (ffjudo.org) remains temporarily accessible in parallel, but all functionalities are gradually migrating to the new platform. Clubs that have not yet transitioned their grade management to the new space must plan this transition before the old portal is permanently closed.
Managing grades on the FFJDA extranet relies less on mastering a tool than on the rigor of entry throughout the season.
